The RNAO is a leader in Ontario in its training workshops for its best
practice champions program. This tool kit is an excellent reference for
individuals/groups planning training sessions around implementation of CPG's
or who are planning an implementation project.

Educator's Resource: Integration of Clinical Practice Guidelines: RNAO
An excellent guide for facilitators, project members and individuals
responsible for training sessions around integration of CPG's in practice.

Identifying Barriers to Evidence Uptake: National Institute of Clinical
Studies Australia
The guide aims to provide health care professionals with basic information
about the techniques that can be used to identify barriers to change and to
provide some ideas and tools to help identify barriers to change at a local
level.

Knowledge Translation Program: Intervention Tools

This site contains a list of tools and strategies commonly used in knowledge
translation. For each tool the KTP has provided various resources, such as
examples, bibliographies, and power point presentations. The resources
'donated' by colleagues acknowledged elsewhere on the KTP site, are meant to
provide assistance in knowledge translation learning, research, and related
activities for practitioners.

Implementation Science

An open access, peer-reviewed online journal that aims to publish research
relevant to the scientific study of methods to promote the uptake of
research findings into routine healthcare in both clinical and policy
contexts.
