| Improving Access to Information Resources Улучшение доступа к информационным ресурсам | LRC is responsible to deliver access to the staff members of our Institution. Info-coordinator inform the staff in morning meetings and during their visit in LRC. Doctors are very interested about new health and medical information and they are asking frequently for updated information. Only LRC is providing Computer Training. We organized some different training in Internet and search tools, e-mail and CD-Rom management. Institution is providing only professional training to the staff and to medical students. LRC has a key role in all these activities. Our Institution had good relationship with Partners in Providence USA. There are some other Institutions offering help for training by individual base. There are some Pharmaceutical companies offering access to some medical information and supporting our activities. |
| Promotion of EBP Внедрение научно обоснованной практики | There is a group of Medical Proffessional called "Medical Counsil". They meet regularly and are responsible for standarts of practice, clinical level of service, educational level and development, last update of medical information. All lectors and teachers in Obstetrics & Gynecologists are members of this counsil. They will meet deal with the requests of Institution, Director, Chief of Department etc. The topics they discuss are different depending of situation, evidences, practice, upcomming events within our Institution. Depending from the topic they discuss they use different Evidence - Based Resources including LRC and it's role in this area. |

Use of educational materials increased the knowledge of our staff member docotrs in our Institution. |

We have comunicated with several doctors and professional colleagues abroad through internet. We have developed some training courses in Ultrasound examination using our CD-Rom. Now all our presentations are created in power point. There are several activities developed within our Institution example: lectures for medical students, practices, lectures for residents, staff meetings, local conferences, national conferences, lectures for staff doctors by foreign doctors etc. |

| Travel support possibility by institution Возможность поддержки учреждением поездки на конференцию LRC | Our Institution is happy to collaborate for future meetings and conferences. Since this is a University Hospital the sponsorship should be approved by the directory of Institution and the permission from the Ministry of Health or Ministry of Education. The Institution and Ministries should disscuss and agree together for any sponsorship for each participation in such conferences or meetings. |
